Head of People and Culture, LIWLIG Finland
In this role, you will support our LIWLIG Finland organization in strategic and operative HR. You will serve as a strategic ally and dependable advisor for the LIWLIG Finland management team, and take the overall responsibility for driving organisational development, and foster a positive and productive culture. As we are stepping into our new strategy period, it's an exciting time to join with the opportunity to build our company, and to help shape and create LIWLIG’s Nordic HR function for the future. You will be located in our Espoo office in Finland, and you will report to CEO, LIWLIG Finland, and CPO, LIWLIG Group, and be part of the Nordic HR team.
What you will be doing
HR business partnering for the LIWLIG Finland management team in the people related matters.
Contribute to the development of LIWLIG Finland’s business strategy and provide HR expertise and support to the achievement of strategic goals and participate in implementation of key strategic initiatives.
Develop overall employee experience, drive employee engagement and culture.
Ensure and support people development and career growth as part of the people strategy.
Provide coaching and development support to leaders and managers, enhancing their people management skills and leadership capabilities through guidance and mentorship.
Develop and secure follow through of people processes such as recruitment, talent and performance management, compensation & benefits practises and employee survey.
Ensure compliance with local legislations, regulations and LIWLIG policies.
Contribute to shaping and creating LIWLIG Nordic HR function, and take ownership of HR development initiatives on a Nordic level depending of your expertise.
Our expectations
Solid HR professional with 3-5 years in HRBP/Senior HR Manager role and ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with business goals.
Hands-on doer who is able to take initiative and ownership, and act on both strategic and operative level.
Ability to build and maintain a positive company culture in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Experience in HR business partnering, coaching and developing leaders and managers.
Experience in performance and talent management, people and organizational development, and building and implementing total rewards model.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and people processes, legal requirements, and Finnish employment law.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
Confident and kind communicator with people on all levels and functions in the organization, with fluent spoken and written Finnish and English.
